These Terms of Service govern your use of GoodBite. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

GoodBite connects you with merchants offering surplus food as discounted Listings for in-person pickup. The exact contents of a listing are a surprise by design.

2. Orders & pickup

Reservations hold stock for a limited time pending payment. Collect your order within the merchant's pickup window by showing your pickup code.

3. Payments & refunds

Prices are shown at reservation. Refunds are handled by GoodBite according to our refund policy. (Details to be confirmed.)

4. Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and do not misuse reservations or attempt to disrupt the platform.
