What is GoodBite?
GoodBite connects you with local restaurants, cafés and bakeries selling their surplus food at big discounts — you save money and keep good food out of the bin.
What's in a surprise bag?
A surprise bag is the merchant's unsold food of the day, so the exact contents vary — that's the surprise! The listing tells you the type of food and its usual value.
How does pickup work?
Order and pay in the app, then collect from the store during the pickup window shown on your order. Show the order screen to the staff — they'll confirm your collection.
Can I get my order delivered?
Some stores offer delivery via Lalamove. If available, choose Delivery at checkout — the fee is shown before you pay, and you can track the rider from your order page.
How do refunds work?
If something went wrong, request a refund from the order page. The merchant reviews it within 24 hours — unanswered requests are approved automatically. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
When am I charged?
You pay when you place the order. If the store requires order confirmation, your payment is only held and you're charged once they accept — declined orders are never charged.
How do points and vouchers work?
You earn points every time you collect an order. Redeem them on the Rewards page for vouchers, then enter the voucher code in the promo field at checkout.
